5. Sales processing process
Once the desired product is selected, it can be placed in the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. The customer can then continue his choice, change his basket or continue the ordering process and pay.
By confirming the order, the customer accepts the general terms and conditions of sale.
When the order is confirmed and paid, the customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
The processing time of the order is 1-3 days excluding holidays and weekends.
For cost reasons, an order should correspond to a minimum value of goods of CHF 130.00.
We issue a separate invoice per order. Several individual deliveries cannot be charged together on one collective invoice.
Subsequent orders to an already placed order can only be processed as new, separate orders for technical reasons.

From the moment of the order and confirmation of payment, the delivery times indicated are considered as a guideline:

Customs, Taxes & Duties
We have several warehouses in 8 countries: inside Europe and outside Europe. All shipments outside the country of origin are shipped on an unpaid duty basis and therefore may be subject to import duties and taxes once your order reaches the specified country. The customer must assume responsibility for any applicable taxes and fees. Please contact your local government office for more information on rates. The country of departure will be indicated on the delivery form when you pay for your order.
5.5. Warranty, Return, cancellation and refund
From the moment of receipt of the goods by the customer, the customer has a right of withdrawal, i.e. a period of 14 days to return the delivered goods, with the cost of return at his expense.
Only products purchased through the e-commerce website https://montessori.store, returned unopened and in the original packaging, can be refunded.
The product must be complete, properly protected, in its original packaging (unopened) and with any accessories, if any.
Products purchased from https://montessori.store are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply in case of a defect due to improper use or handling.
The product will be checked by the internal department at https://montessori.store, which will confirm the refund or not, in particular by verifying that the product has been returned complete and in a condition suitable for remarketing, as provided for in the right of withdrawal.
If the goods meet the return requirements, they can be refunded or exchanged.
If the goods do not meet the return requirements, they will be returned to the customer, who can therefore not claim a refund.
Complaints can unfortunately never be completely avoided. However, we will process a justified complaint as expeditiously as possible.
Missing or incorrectly delivered items please notify us no later than 3 days after receipt of the shipment.
Items that arrive defective: If the damage is due to damage during transport, you must contact your post office. In case of delivery via parcel service or carrier contact us. Please refer to the information sheet enclosed in the shipment.
However, if a general defect of one of our items has been detected, please return it to us, together with the invoice and the completed information sheet, no later than 3 days after receipt of the shipment.

5.6. Return /Exchange of goods with good quality

The exchange of good quality goods will be made if:
