From the receipt of the goods by the customer, the customer has a right of with drawal, i.e. a period of 14 days to return the delivered goods, whereby the costs of the return are at his expense.
Only products available through the e-commerce website https://montessori.store purchased, unopened and returned in the original packaging, can be refunded. The procedure is as follows: The customer sends an e-mail to office@promoone.ch to make a refund request.
The product must be complete, properly protected, in its original packaging (unopened) and, if necessary, with any accessories.
Products sold at Montessori.store
https://montessori.store purchased, have a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply in the event of a defect due to improper use or handling.
The product is delivered by the internal department at Montessori (https://montessori.store/) which confirms the refund or not, in particular by checking whether the product has been returned in full and in a condition suitable for re-marketing, as provided for in the right of withdrawal.
If the goods meet the return requirements, they can be refunded or exchanged.
If the goods do not meet the return conditions, they will be returned to the customer, who can therefore not request a refund.
Refunds will be made in a single payment, based on the date the item is confirmed as returnable, during the following periods:
1) At the beginning of the month;
2) In the middle of the month;
3) At the end of the month;
